Add your company logo to reports and configure how they are delivered by email. These settings apply to all reports you generate.
This feature requires the White Label add-on. See Add-ons for pricing and how to enable it on your subscription.
Replace the default logo in your reports with your own company branding.

Navigate to logo settings

Go to Reports > Settings > Logo Settings.

Upload your logo

Click to upload your company logo image.

Adjust positioning

Configure margins to position the logo correctly on the report cover page:
  • Margin Top
  • Margin Bottom
  • Margin Left
  • Margin Right

Save settings

Save your logo settings. The logo will appear on all future reports.
Your logo appears on the cover page of PDF and DOCX reports, replacing the default Pentest-Tools.com logo.
To revert to the default logo, delete your custom logo from the Logo Settings page.

Customize how report delivery emails appear to recipients.

Use these tags in the email subject to insert dynamic values:

Configuring email settings

Navigate to email settings

Go to Reports > Settings > Email Settings.

Customize fields

Fill in your preferred subject line, sender name, reply-to details, introduction, and signature.

Save settings

Save your email settings. They’ll be used for all report delivery emails.
Include your company name in the “From (name)” field so recipients immediately recognize the email.
Want to send emails from your own domain instead of the default? Contact support to set up custom email domains.
The White Label add-on also sends branded email notifications for scan completions and scheduled reports. It can be added to any paid plan (NetSec, WebNetSec, or Pentest Suite).
