Canceling your subscription

Canceling your subscription is effectively a downgrade to the Free plan. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
AWS Marketplace customers: If you purchased through AWS Marketplace, you must cancel through AWS. See Managing AWS subscriptions.
Custom plan customers: If you have a custom or enterprise plan, contact our support team to cancel.

How to cancel

Go to your active plan

Navigate to My Account > Active plan.

Click Change plan

Click the Change plan button to open the plan selection page.

Click Cancel subscription

At the bottom of the plan selection page, click Cancel subscription.

Provide feedback

Optionally tell us why you’re leaving.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm to complete the cancellation.

Your subscription remains fully active until the end of your current billing period. You can continue using all paid features until then.

When your subscription ends, your account reverts to the Free plan with reduced capabilities:

Scheduled scans using daily, no-repeat, quarterly, or yearly frequencies will be disabled when your subscription ends. Weekly and monthly scheduled scans continue to work on the Free plan.

Your data after cancellation

Data is retained

When you cancel, your data is not automatically deleted:
  • Existing scans, findings, and reports remain accessible
  • Assets and workspaces are preserved
  • You can still log in and view your data
However, on the Free plan:
  • Scan data is retained for 30 days by default
  • You cannot run Deep or Custom scans
  • Some features become inaccessible

Reactivating your subscription

You can resubscribe at any time:
  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to My Account > Active plan
  3. Choose a plan and complete payment
  4. Full access is restored immediately

Refund policy

We offer a limited refund policy for first-time subscribers. If the platform doesn’t meet your needs, you can request a refund under specific conditions.

Eligibility

Refunds are available only under these conditions:
  • First payment only: Refunds apply only to the first payment made per account
  • Within 10 days: You must request a refund within 10 days of your first payment
  • Cancel first: You must cancel your subscription before requesting a refund
  • First month only: If your subscription continues into the second month, you are no longer eligible
Once a refund is processed, your account will be closed automatically and all associated data will be permanently deleted. Export any data you need before requesting a refund.

Not eligible for refund

  • Requests made after 10 days from first payment
  • Second or subsequent payments
  • Accounts that already received a refund
  • Remaining time in your billing cycle (no partial refunds)
  • Downgrades (difference is not refunded)
