vBulletin is vulnerable to CVE-2023-25135, a Remote Code Execution in the verify_serialized method. The root cause of this vulnerability is improper sanitization of user-provided input. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to inject commands via POST requests through the data field.
