Jira is affected by a Remote Code Execution vulnerability in the Jira Server and Data Center, inside the Contact Administrators action. This means that the SMTP server is configured in Jira, and the Contact Administrators Form option is enabled. This may potentially cause remote code execution, allowing a malicious unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code on the server.
